Presentation Guideline

LCD projectors and conference PCs are equipped in each oral session halls, and Windows XP, PowerPoint 2007, and Acrobat Reader are installed on the PCs. Therefore, presenters are recommended to bring a Windows XP compatible Adobe pdf file or a power point file on memory stick or CD. Please up-load and check your presentation on the conference PC in advance, preferably the day before your session.

It is also possible to connect your own PC to the projector, however it may not project your slide properly on the screen if the screen resolution of your PC does not match to the conference projector. We recommend you to connect your PC and check your presentation on the screen in advance, preferably the day before your session.

35min. presentation + 10 min. discussion

12min. presentation + 3min. discussion

 

 

Poster Presentation

Poster panel size: 210 cm (H) x 90 cm (W).

*The poster panels are available from 15:00 on 31 May. Please put your poster up as soon as you can, but not later than 12:00 on 1 June.
*The paper title, author(s)'name, and affiliation(s) should be printed clearly and posted on the panel.
*Please be ready for discussion in front of your board during the poster session and take your poster down by the closing session of IPRM2010.
